The staff were helpful, and the hotel location near the theme park entrance was convenient for access.

I found the 'all-inclusive' aspect disappointing. There were limited options inside the park. The food quality at the one included lunch spot was not great.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had an extensive variety. The theme park offered many fun activities for all ages. I will definitely consider returning for another visit.

The food tasted delicious. the room was very clean, and the staff was very kind. there was so much for my kids to do. halil from guest relations helped us a lot. He showed us around the entire park.

The hotel did not have a pool. I had to go to the park to swim. it was not relaxing because the area was noisy. sometimes, it took me about five minutes to find someone who could bring me drinks.
